Discreet Billing and Shipping
Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or adult-product wording on the outside of the parcel. Billing information is designed to protect privacy and will not list the specific products purchased.
Account Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of personal information associated with your account, email us with your full name, registered email address, and the subject line "Account Data Deletion Request." Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, or transaction reasons.

Consolidated Intimate Privacy, Billing & Data Safeguards
1. Discreet Billing & Statement Entries
Charges on your credit card, debit, or bank statement will never display "HerEmpire" or references to intimate products. Instead, transactions are processed under a discreet, secure billing name (e.g., "HE *INTIMATES ON" or "HE *SHOPPING CA") to guarantee your absolute personal confidentiality and peace of mind.
2. Plain, Unbranded Courier Shipping Protocols
All orders are shipped using completely plain outer packaging (unbranded kraft paper boxes or generic padded bubble mailers) with no external logos, content descriptions, or markings of any kind. Furthermore, our delivery partners (such as Canada Post and UPS) are provided only with the essential name and delivery address; absolutely no content details are ever transmitted through courier systems.
3. Sensitive Special-Category Data & Right to Erasure
Under PIPEDA, EU GDPR, and UK ICO guidelines, intimacy-related purchasing profiles are categorized as sensitive personal data. We offer a guaranteed "Right to Be Forgotten". If you wish to completely anonymize or permanently delete your order records, delivery addresses, and customer profiles, please contact our Privacy Coordinator at privacy@herempire.ca. We will immediately purge all identifying data linkages from our live systems, keeping only raw, anonymous revenue aggregates for tax compliance.
