Any item designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids is considered non-returnable and non-resalable unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Any opened, used, damaged-by-customer, or unsealed intimate product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please include:

• Your order number.
• A clear photo or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• A photo of the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged.
• A brief description of the issue.

Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet this policy or lacks the required supporting information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancellable once they have entered processing or fulfillment. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will review what options are available.

Final Sale Items

Clearance, sale, intimate, personal-care, and consumable products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved by HerEmpire, our support team will provide next steps. Do not ship products back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
