Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate

Warehouse and fulfillment team members help keep orders moving accurately, discreetly, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.
• Restock products in assigned warehouse locations.
• Assist with incoming shipments and inventory organization.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow privacy, safety, and fulfillment procedures.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliability and comfort working independently or with a team.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with products in the adult wellness category professionally and respectfully.

Video Content Creator

Content creators help communicate product education, brand trust, and shopping guidance across social and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content for social platforms.
• Support product education, campaign content, and brand storytelling.
• Track trends and help improve content performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Requirements

• Experience creating social-first video content.
• Comfort with on-camera or product-focused content where applicable.
• Strong editing, scripting, and visual communication skills.
• Professional comfort working in the intimate-wellness category.

Co-Op and Internship Opportunities

HerEmpire may offer co-op or internship opportunities in e-commerce, marketing, content, operations, and customer experience. These placements are designed to provide practical exposure to a fast-moving online retail environment.
