Shipping Overview

At HerEmpire, we process and ship orders as quickly and discreetly as possible. Please review the shipping terms below for information about processing, delivery estimates, packaging, tracking, and customer support.

Shipping Within Canada Only

HerEmpire currently ships within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All prices, shipping charges, and order totals are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $59 or more across Canada. Orders below the qualifying amount may be subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours.
• Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.
• Processing may take longer during high-volume sales, holidays, or severe weather conditions.
• We do not process orders on weekends or statutory holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and picked up by the courier.

• Ontario and Quebec: approximately 2-4 business days
• Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): approximately 4-7 business days
• Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): approximately 4-7 business days
• Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): approximately 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or adult-product wording on the outside of the parcel.

• There will be no mention of HerEmpire on the shipping box.
• Packaging is designed to protect customer privacy during delivery.
• Billing and shipping details are handled with discretion wherever possible.

Couriers

We may ship using trusted Canadian courier and postal services. The courier is selected based on destination, service availability, cost, and delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take time to appear after pickup.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HerEmpire is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or courier issue, we will contact you to review the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need help with an order, contact customer support as soon as possible and include your order number.

Taxes

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province or territory and applicable Canadian tax rules. Tax amounts are displayed separately in your order summary.

No Public Pickup

HerEmpire does not currently offer public pickup or in-person shopping at our headquarters.
