Shipping Policy

Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours

  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days

  • Processing times may be extended during:

    • High-volume sales (Black Friday, Boxing Week, flash sales)

    • Holidays

    • Inclement weather conditions

  • Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the package is picked up by the courier

  • We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays

We ship using a variety of trusted couriers, including but not limited to:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

  • UPS

The courier is selected automatically based on your location and the fastest or most cost-effective option available.


About Your Order

  • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging

  • There will be no mention of HerEmpire on the shipping box

  • Credit card statements will display a neutral company name for privacy

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Taxes are calculated automatically based on your province or state


Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If your order is returned to our warehouse after a failed delivery attempt:

  1. We will contact you to confirm your shipping address

  2. Once confirmed, your order will be re-shipped

  3. If an address correction is required, a reshipping fee will apply

If your order is returned a second time due to unsuccessful delivery:

  • The order will be cancelled

  • Your card will be refunded minus:

    • Shipping cost for the second delivery attempt

    • A restocking fee based on your order total


Track Your Order

  • You will receive a shipment notification email once your order leaves our warehouse

  • The email will include a tracking number to monitor delivery status

  • If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • If you no longer wish to receive your order:

    • You may refuse delivery from the courier, or

    • Contact customer support for a return shipping label

  • Returned packages must remain sealed and unopened

  • Opened packages are considered used and non-returnable

  • Refunds will only be issued after the order is returned to our warehouse

  • Refunds are subject to:

    • Restocking fees (based on order total)

    • Any shipping fees incurred

  • Taxes are automatically added at checkout

  • Tax rates are applied based on your province or state

  • Orders must be picked up with valid identification
