Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchased items unless they are defective. This policy exists for the health, safety, and peace of mind of all our customers. Any item designed to come into contact with the body is considered used once it leaves our warehouse and cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Bondage gear and restraints
  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Lubricants, massage oils, and body products
  • Hygiene and sexual wellness products

Refund Process

All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not meet our policy conditions.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
