Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $59 or more across Canada. Orders under $59 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or any indication of the contents. The return address and billing descriptor will not reference HerEmpire or the nature of the products.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
- Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): 4–7 business days
- Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Within Canada Only
At this time, HerEmpire ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping. All prices and charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
